First timber module Juf Nienke on site

Dec 2, 2021 - Today the first timber module of Juf Nienke, a new fully circular apartment building at the entrance of Centrumeiland in Amsterdam, was placed on site.
Juf Nienke is designed by SeARCH in collaboration with RAU architects and offers 61 fully-timber rentalappartments, of which half ere intended for Amsterdam’s teachers.

In the coming months modular builder Barli will be working around the clock to deliver 6 to 12 housing modules on site per day so that Juf Nienke can open its doors in June next year.
